Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a software technology that uses digital “bots” to mimic human actions. These bots log into applications, move files, copy data, fill forms, and run calculations just like a person does on a computer, but much faster and without errors.
Types of RPA Bots

Attended Bots: Work alongside human workers on the same desktop to help with customer service or live requests.

Unattended Bots: Run completely on their own in the background on a server to handle heavy back-office tasks.
Hybrid Bots: Combine both human oversight and independent automated execution for complex workflows.
